Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma,
Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
Experienced in Clerical/Administrative Support, Sales Operation, or equivalent is
essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to undertake pressure & meet deadlines
Positive attitude with pleasant personality
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Added Advantage)
Responsibilities
Provide support for sales representatives.
Preparing Quotation & Sales Invoices.
Document processing, updating and archiving.
Organizing marketing materials.
Assisting in Logistic Management and Consignment Stock.
Undertaking routine and Ad-hoc non-routine tasks.
