Requirements
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations, central kitchen and corporate office.
Source candidates through JobStreet, social media, recruitment agencies and other channels.
Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring managers and manage onboarding.
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
Payroll & HR Administration
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
Handle staff confirmation, promotion, transfers and resignations.
Training & Development
Coordinate orientation programmes for new employees.
Identify training needs and organise internal and external training.
Develop HR training materials and SOPs.
Support leadership and supervisory development programmes.
Employee Relations
Foster positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
Handle employee enquiries, counselling and disciplinary matters.
Investigate employee grievances and recommend appropriate solutions.
Organise staff engagement activities and communication initiatives.
Performance Management
Coordinate probation and annual performance appraisal processes.
Monitor employee performance and follow up on improvement plans.
Support department managers in performance coaching and talent development.
Prepare HR reports and workforce analysis for management.
HR Projects
Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs and process improvements.
Participate in HR digitalisation and system implementation.
Support organisational growth and manpower planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
Experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations and Performance Management.
Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
Experience in F&B, Retail or Multi-Outlet operations is highly preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
