Requirements
Minimum SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
1-2 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin languages, both written and spoken.
Strong skills in procurement processes, including vendor negotiation and purchase order processing.
Demonstrated ability in inventory management and maintaining accurate records.
Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
Negotiation skills
Well knowledge building hardware items, crane, tong roro, boomlift, skylift and etc.
Well knowledge CIDB renewal, levi, stamping, JKKP submission and etc.
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
