Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative skills.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional outbound communications with external parties to obtain and validate required information.

  • Handle information verification and administrative support processes in accordance with established procedures.

  • Gather, review, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Update case statuses and maintain data accuracy within internal systems.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding case progress and requirements.

  • Ensure all information is handled with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Prepare reports and supporting documentation in line with operational guidelines.

  • Perform administrative and customer support-related duties as assigned.
