Job Description

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the electronics retail sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

  • Basic understanding of electronic gadgets and technology trends is a plus.

  • Ability to manage customer inquiries, process sales transactions, and maintain sales records accurately.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage inventory, displays, and promotional materials.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and contributing to a dynamic sales environment.

  • Willingness to work onsite in Raub, Pahang, 27600, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales-related documents.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate sales representative or providing basic information.

  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals under the guidance of the sales manager.

  • Support the sales team in organizing and executing sales events, promotions, and product launches.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.

  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

  • Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management as needed.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Generate regular sales reports and performance analyses for management review.
