Requirements
Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist customers regarding insurance-related information, policy services, and general enquiries.
Deliver professional and high-quality customer service.
Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Adhere to company policies and service standards.
Responsibilities
Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
Minimum SPM qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidates with Customer Service experience will have an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
