Contract Warehouse Assistant (KLIA) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Lifework HR Services Selangor - Maukerja

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, cargo handling, or supply chain operations will be an added advantage.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation (car), as only cars are permitted to enter the KLIA Cargo area.

• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse operational activities, including lifting and moving goods when required.

• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when necessary.

• Possess a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound warehouse operations in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and customer requirements.

• Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming goods accurately and efficiently.

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Perform inventory handling activities, including stock movement, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.

• Ensure all transactions and movements are accurately recorded in the warehouse management system (WMS) or relevant documentation.

• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and effectively, reporting any equipment malfunction or operational issues promptly to the supervisor.

• Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment and workstations are in good working condition.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse and operational areas.

• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures, particularly within the KLIA Cargo operational environment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
