Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,100 in Spark Ai WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Proficient in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) with the ability to communicate project requirements effectively and ensure smooth execution.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate seamlessly with China-based vendors and headquarters colleagues.

Possess strong attention to detail when handling data and be capable of accurately reviewing, reconciling, and organizing cost and expense reports.

Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime during event periods, as well as on weekends and public holidays when required.

Working hours will align with China Standard Time and business operations.

Manage and coordinate communications with multiple vendors and external partners.

Support project execution in collaboration with the China project team by coordinating vendor resources and ensuring the successful completion of daily and ad hoc tasks.

Review vendor execution reports and project deliverables, and liaise with vendors regarding invoicing, payment reconciliation, and settlement matters.
