Requirements
SPM or Diploma graduate
Able to speak, read and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work in cold production environment
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management Systems i.e. GMP, HACCP
Conduct incoming raw material, in process and outgoing product inspection
Prepare dry ingredient / spices for production, ensure records are updated
Monitor inventory of dry ingredients / spices, order when the stock is low
Maintain optimum hygiene and cleanliness of the production and operation area
Update process flow chart and work instructions
Conduct Food Safety related training
Perform any other duties/assignments assigned by the superior
