Sepenuh Masa Human Resource Intern Jobs, salary up to MYR 1,000 in Tiger Technology (M) Sdn Bhd Senawang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding documents and assisting with orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document management, and other HR administrative duties.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring employee information is up to date.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and other HR projects as assigned.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Human Resources Department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Type: Full-time
