JOB VACANCY: ADMIN & SALES ASSISTANT

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and other administrative documents.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
  • Assist with sales enquiries and follow up on quotations and payments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, site supervisors, workers, and customers.
  • Maintain proper filing and update company records.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports as required by management.
  • Perform other administrative and sales-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in administration, sales, construction, or renovation industry will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
