Full Time HR Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Global Sales And Marketing Sarawak - Maukerja

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, performance management and compliance with company policies while ensuring a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
• Monitor attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
• Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Prepare HR reports and other documentation.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
