Full Time Senior Lecturer – Educational Psychology Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver courses in Educational Psychology, integrating psychological theories, learning sciences, and student development practices.
• Supervise PhD and Master’s students in research related to educational psychology, learning behaviour, motivation, assessment, and student well-being.
• Prepare research proposals, academic papers, and publications in educational psychology and related areas.
• Develop and maintain course materials and teaching resources in compliance with MQA/university standards.
• Assess and monitor students’ academic performance, engagement, and attendance, providing individualized academic guidance and support.
• Collaborate with faculty members to enhance curriculum development and improve teaching and learning practices.
• Stay updated with current trends and research in educational psychology, student development, and learning assessment.

Requirements:

• PhD in Educational Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of tertiary teaching experience.
• Proven ability to supervise postgraduate students (Master’s and/or PhD).
• Strong publication record in educational psychology or related research areas.
• Good understanding of teaching methodologies, student assessment, and learning support strategies.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
