Branch Supervisor (Xiaomi / Infinix Authorized Service Center)

Location - 52,Tingkat 1 ,Jalan Utama 3/1, Kompleks Perniagaan Utama Sultanah Sambungan Alor Setar, 05150 Kedah

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
• 5.5 working days per week

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the service center.
• Lead and supervise the service center team.
• Handle front desk duties, including welcoming customers and managing repair registrations.
• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, daily reports, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate repair cases with technicians and HQ.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure service KPIs are achieved.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Willing to perform both supervisory and front desk/admin duties.
• Good communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience in retail, after-sales service, or service center operations is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
