Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
Experience handling both B2B and B2C customers is preferred.
Experience in the event industry is an added advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow both B2B and B2C business.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Coordinate and support event projects to ensure successful execution.
Monitor business performance and daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales and business goals.
Prepare sales reports, business proposals, and market analysis.
