Responsibilities
We're looking for a proactive and customer-centric Business Development Assistant (Contract-based).
In this role, you will act as the ultimate bridge between incoming leads, the external BPO team, and our internal Sales team to ensure high-quality qualification and seamless pipeline flow.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead Assignment & Pipeline Routing
• Manage and execute lead assignments to the Sales team daily (via manual or automated round-robin) at fixed time (11:00 AM and 3:00 PM).
• Swiftly route ad-hoc referral leads as they come in.
• On weekends, ensure all incoming leads are assigned within a strict 15-minute SLA.
2. Front-Line Communications
• Actively manage and respond to incoming office calls and general WhatsApp inquiries.
• Bridge between leads and Sales, updating remarks, handling reassignments, and gathering clarifications so Sales team has what they need to follow up.
• Step in as a backup to directly call and qualify leads when needed, maintaining high conversion standards.
3. BPO Collaboration & Lead Intelligence
• Oversee the upload/download of calling lists, ensuring seamless, clean data flow between our internal systems and the BPO partner.
• Analyze BPO data to understand customer behavior, identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), filter, and refine overall team workflows.
• Own and continuously optimize call scripts, messaging templates, and IVR/RIO call-flow setups.
• Flexible/as-needed: Monitor BPO output through flexible quality checks. This includes auditing call recordings to flag coaching points and conducting brief direct pulse-checks (e.g., NPS check-ins) to verify lead quality.
Performance Metrics (Incentive-Based KPIs)
Your success in this role will be measured by clear, impact-driven metrics that tie directly to performance incentives:
• Speed to Action: Maintain a 30-hour average turnaround time to clear all new and message-error leads.
• Qualification Accuracy: Achieve a 65%–70% qualification rate when directly calling and qualifying backup leads.
