Full Time Senior Lecturer (Educational Psychology) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for postgraduate programmes in Educational Psychology and related disciplines.
• Supervise Master's and PhD students, providing academic guidance throughout their research journey.
• Conduct high-impact research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
• Secure research grants and contribute to research, consultancy, and scholarly activities.
• Provide academic mentoring and support to postgraduate students.
• Contribute to curriculum development, programme review, accreditation, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Participate in faculty committees, academic administration, and community or industry engagement activities.
• Foster collaborations with academic, professional, and industry partners to enhance research and postgraduate education.

Requirements

• PhD in Educational Psychology, Education, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising Master's and/or PhD students to successful completion.
• Strong research track record with publications in reputable indexed journals.
• Evidence of securing research funding or involvement in funded research projects is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
• Professional membership with relevant academic or psychological associations will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
