Full Time Admin (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in BUP Group Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Logistic Department

• Prepare and print product labels according to customer requirements.

• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), Consignment Notes (CN) and related documents.

• Ensure labels and DO information are accurate and completed on time.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all records.

• Assist in other administrative duties assigned by the superior.

Sales & Project Department

• Support the project management team with daily coordination and administrative tasks

• Maintain and update project documents, schedules, and reports

• Assist in tracking project or job progress, deadlines, and deliverables

• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Help status updates, and other project materials

• Support risk and issue tracking and follow-up

• Contribute to smooth project execution in a fast-paced work environment
