As a Marketing Executive:

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing or similar role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Strong interest and knowledge in social media, influencer marketing, and digital content trends.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, Capcut or similar tools

  • Experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager) will be an added advantage.

  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (added advantage)

As a Social Media Content Creator:

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in developing social media accounts (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Proficiency in shooting and editing video using software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Canva or any related software.

  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (added advantage)

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive:

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and grow our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, etc.)

  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions

  • Support the creation of engaging content across various digital platforms.

  • Stay up to date with current social media trends and best practices to ensure content relevance and engagement

KOL / Influencer Collaboration

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with suitable KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors

  • Plan and execute KOL campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales

  • Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines

  • Track campaign results, ROI, and engagement performance

  • Prepare reports and insights to anaylze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute online/offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotions

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for campaign execution

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Branding & Content Creation

  • Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all channels

  • Prepare marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, sales kits, and promotional assets.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour

  • Gather and analyze market insights to improve marketing strategies and campaign performance.

  • Provide recommendations for brand growth opportunities

As a Social Media Content Creator:

  • Create creative and engaging content (TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, graphics, pictures, written posts, stories, live sessions).

  • Manage company’s social media accounts across various platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and promotions.

  • Produce high-quality video, involving scriptwriting, shooting, lighting, audio setup and editing.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and practices.

  • Manage posting schedule and maintain brand consistency.

  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement, followers, conversions).

  • Engage with audience through comments, DM, and live interaction.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and execute content strategies, as well as develop related topics for promotional/marketing materials.
