Requirements
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests from check-in to check-out.
Oversee daily front desk operations, including managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
Train and supervise a team of front desk agents, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments efficiently using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
Assist with various hotel operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Organize & good in administrative tasks.
Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all tasks, from managing bookings to handling guest requests.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, managing guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance on service standards, operational procedures, and guest interaction to foster a high-performing team.
Manage & ensure accuracy in room inventory in OTA & reservations, and billing systems.
Assist in developing and implementing front desk procedures.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
Prepare daily reports on front desk activities, occupancy rates, and guest feedback for management review.
Uphold hotel security procedures and policies, ensuring the safety and privacy of guests and their belongings.
