Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a pipeline of qualified talent for various roles within the organization.

Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner, fostering a positive work environment.

Manage HR administration functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring efficiency and data integrity.

Contribute to talent acquisition strategies, identifying key talent needs and developing programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.

Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide HR support to facilitate organizational effectiveness.

Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and integration into the company culture.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.

Support the development and implementation of HR programs related to performance management, training, and development.

3-5 years working experience

At least diploma or Degree holder
