Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Automotive Lubricants or related automotive industry.

  • Experience handling workshop customers, spare parts dealers or distributors is highly preferred.

  • Diploma or above is preferred (SPM with relevant experience is welcome to apply).

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.

  • Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new automotive workshops and expand the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing workshop customers.

  • Promote and sell premium automotive lubricant products to workshops and distributors.

  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Conduct regular customer visits to provide product recommendations and technical support.

  • Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and after-sales services.

  • Plan and execute sales activities to increase market coverage and brand presence.

  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback.

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
