Job Description

Requirements

  • Handle customer inquiries, answer customer questions, and provide professional customer service.

  • Timely and effectively resolve customer issues and complaints encountered during product usage through various channels such as email and online chat.

  • Record and organize customer feedback to provide data support for product improvement and optimization.

  • Actively communicate with customers to build good customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Familiar with company products and services, able to accurately introduce product features and advantages to customers.

  • Possess good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to withstand work pressure and maintain a positive and optimistic work attitude.

  • Possess SPM/'O' Level education or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years of customer service related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, etc., providing accurate and timely information.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions through various channels such as email and online chat, and record relevant information.
  • Identify customer needs, provide personalized solutions, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product registration, account management, order inquiries, and guide them in using products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback and report it to superiors in a timely manner, providing a basis for product improvement and service optimization.
  • Collaborate with departments such as sales and technical support to jointly resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain customer relationships, establish good communication channels, conduct regular customer follow-ups to understand customer satisfaction and collect potential needs.
  • Familiarize yourself with company product knowledge and service processes, continuously learn and update knowledge to handle various customer inquiries and issues.
