Job Description

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in purchasing, administration, or supply chain will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AI tools
  • Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Willing to work overtime when required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the company's daily procurement operations, including local and overseas procurement (e.g., China, Taiwan, etc.).
  • Responsible for inquiries, price comparisons, and negotiations to ensure that procurement costs, quality, and delivery times meet company requirements.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate new suppliers, and maintain good supplier relationships.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, delivery progress, logistics arrangements, and exception handling to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Handle procurement-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders (PO), contracts, and payment applications.
  • Assist with inventory management and replenishment planning to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate procurement needs closely with the product department, warehouse, finance, and other departments.
  • Regularly compile procurement data, cost analysis, and related reports.
  • Continuously optimize the procurement process to improve procurement efficiency and reduce procurement costs.
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
