Experience or a strong aptitude for record keeping, data entry, and maintaining organized documentation.

Basic understanding of procurement principles and inventory management practices.

Willingness to learn and develop skills

Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Assist in the daily procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and processing purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Support the receiving and inspection of goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.

Participate in stocktaking activities and assist in reconciling physical inventory counts with system records.

Help in managing the storage and organization of inventory, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and rotation of stock to minimize waste and damage.

Generate routine reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and procurement activities using Microsoft Excel or other designated systems.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement and inventory needs and provide timely support.
