Job Description

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in Shopee Affiliate, E-commerce operations, or KOL/Influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Shopee Seller Center and Affiliate dashboard.
  • Data-driven mindset with good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in beauty / cosmetics industry is an advantage.
  • Able to work under sales targets and campaign timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard Shopee affiliates and KOL creators (micro to mid-tier).
  • Manage and grow the Shopee Affiliate program to drive sales and brand exposure.
  • Plan and execute affiliate campaigns for Shopee mega campaigns (3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) and product launches.
  • Set commission strategies and coordinate vouchers or bundle deals to boost affiliate performance.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance including GMV, orders, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Identify top-performing affiliates and scale collaboration while optimizing underperforming partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships with key affiliates and potential brand ambassadors.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
