  • Possess a Diploma qualification and 1-2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or a related HR field.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with a diverse workforce and international stakeholders.

  • Expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping and direct recruitment methods.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, resilient and adaptable. Results-oriented with passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Tanggungjawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across various departments, aligning with Welsend Group's global growth objectives.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates using diverse channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals) to conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and extending offers.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs, define job requirements, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates for future opportunities.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general office administrative duties and documentation.

  • Support office facilities management, including maintenance coordination and supplies.

  • Organize and plan company events and festival day celebrations.
