Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle general customer inquiries and guide new customers through the account application process.

  • Respond to and resolve questions related to promotional and marketing campaigns.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve transaction-related issues experienced at service stations.

Online Services Support

  • Assist customers with online service registration and account setup.

  • Provide first-level support for system issues and interface errors.

  • Guide customers in navigating online platforms.

  • Create new users and update existing user information within the online system.

Card & Account Management

  • Process card requests and manage card-related inquiries.

  • Track and resolve card delivery issues.

  • Update customer account information and maintain accurate account records.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Credit, and other support functions.

New Customer Onboarding

  • Perform due diligence checks for new customer applications.

  • Follow up with customers for required supporting documents.

  • Set up customer accounts in the system and complete the onboarding process.

  • Issue customer cards upon successful account creation.

Data & Contract Administration

  • Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure data integrity.

  • Review data quality reports and correct discrepancies within service level timelines.

  • Support contract setup, maintenance, documentation, and archiving in accordance with company policies.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are complete and compliant.

  • Follow up with customers on outstanding documentation and manage contract lifecycle activities.
