Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as Sous Chef/Central Kitchen Operation.
Chef experience/Kitchen Background/knowledge in Japanese cuisine is a MUST.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and handle ad-hoc tasks.
Active, energetic, and able to adapt to various situations.
Familiar with Food Market Hub or any inventory system.
Responsibilities
Manage daily central kitchen operations and production.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
Plan production schedules based on outlet requirements.
Monitor inventory, ingredient ordering, and stock control.
Control food costs and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOP requirements.
Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
Coordinate with outlets, suppliers, and management.
Develop and standardize recipes and production processes.
Prepare operational and inventory reports.
Ensure the central kitchen operates efficiently, delivers consistent food quality, and supports all outlets' operational needs.
