Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of MODTECH SDN BHD, an AI-driven BPO Management Consulting firm.

Oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration,andperformance management, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

Formulate and enforce HR policies and procedures that foster a positive and productive work environment, supporting the company's mission to optimize operations and improve productivity for clients.

Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent in the competitive BPO and consulting sectors.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures, promoting a culture of fairness and respect.

Administer and ensure the accuracy of the payroll process, including salary calculations, benefits administration, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws and tax regulations.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective performance management systems that drive employee growth and organizational success.

Ensure all HR practices and documentation are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and data integrity.

Leverage AI technology solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance data analytics for strategic decision-making.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO, consulting, technology, or a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages to effectively interact with a diverse workforce and international clients.

Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and basic HR compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR-related systems.

Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot)to improve HR productivity and automate daily tasks.
