Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within the engineering industry.

Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector, including field and workshop operations, is essential.

Proficient in SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office applications (or equivalent procurement systems).

Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently while managing multiple sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned procurement categories.

Lead competitive sourcing exercises, including RFQs, supplier evaluations, and commercial assessments.

Establish and manage Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and framework contracts with strategic suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreements to achieve optimal value.

Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with approved sourcing outcomes and company procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance performance and long-term collaboration.

Review spend data and market intelligence to identify opportunities for cost optimization and supplier consolidation.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant governance requirements.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to align procurement activities with technical and business needs.

Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and implement improvement initiatives where required.

Assess supply chain risks and recommend appropriate mitigation plans to maintain supply continuity.
