- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for EYCO AI's innovative technology solutions.
- Lead and motivate a small sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and demonstrating how AI and digital solutions can address them.
- Set clear performance goals for the sales team and monitor progress, providing coaching and feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.
- Effectively negotiate sales contracts and terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for both EYCO AI and its clients.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales budget effectively.
- Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to articulate the value proposition of EYCO AI's offerings to potential clients.
- Proactively identify and solve problems that may arise during the sales process.
- Acquire new clients through strategic outreach and networking within various industries.
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation concepts to effectively engage with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
