Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design or related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken) — required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking audience

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar)

Creative, self-motivated and up to date with social media trends

Good writing and storytelling skills in Mandarin and English

Active user of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar) for content creation and productivity

Experience managing social media pages is an added advantage

Plan, create and schedule daily social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Write engaging captions and posts in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Design promotional posters and visual content using tools such as Canva or Adobe

Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data

Respond to comments and messages to maintain active community engagement

Collaborate with the team to support marketing campaigns and product promotions
