Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidates with 1–2 years of Content Moderation or QC experience are welcome
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Able to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
Review and perform quality checks on marketplace product listings
Ensure listings comply with Intellectual Property (IP) and marketplace policies
Investigate reported listings and assess authenticity concerns
Handle listing-related inquiries and basic troubleshooting
Maintain and document content management processes
Support ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned
