Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills and ability to follow structured processes
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends
Location: Mercu 2 (Work in Office)
Contract: 3 Months
Work Schedule: 5 Days Per Week (Including Weekends)
Rotating Shifts Every 2 Months
Shift Schedule
AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Noon Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Responsibilities
Review customer applications and perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks
Ensure all reviews are completed according to company SOPs and compliance guidelines
Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent applications and escalate when necessary
Prevent fraudulent transactions from being processed
Respond to customer inquiries related to KYC verification and account issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely case completion
Support operational and compliance requirements while meeting quality targets
