Detect incomplete submissions, inconsistencies, suspicious activities, and potential fraud cases.
Complete assigned reviews within the required accuracy and turnaround time.
Escalate exceptional or complex cases to the appropriate team for further action.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day operational support.
Assist with basic enquiries related to application or verification status when required.
Meet individual productivity and quality performance targets.
