Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Prior experience in relationship management, sales, business development, customer service, or the banking/financial services industry is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets.

Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of banking products and financial services is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to be based in Singapore.

Language required: English, Mandarin

Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Identify clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients to achieve business and revenue targets.

Proactively acquire new customers through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

Provide professional financial advice and deliver excellent customer service.

Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions where applicable.

Conduct regular client reviews to ensure clients' financial objectives are met.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and banking procedures.

Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver appropriate banking solutions.

Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and industry developments.
