Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or campaign management

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Analytics

  • Familiar with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage as you'll communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and customers

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online & offline marketing campaigns

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube)

  • Support paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google & TikTok

  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports

  • Organize roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events

  • Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, and product teams to drive business growth

  • Create engaging marketing content, visuals, and promotional materials
