Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or a related field.
Experience working in the logistics, courier services, or transportation industry is preferred.
Candidates with experience in logistics administration, courier operations, or related administrative roles are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, documentation, and report updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller-related operational matters.
Monitor shipment performance and escalate issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Respond to seller inquiries promptly and professionally, providing updates on shipment status, pickup arrangements, and delivery issues.
Review and screen incoming sales leads to ensure they meet the required criteria.
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date.
