Division Manager, Grocery at Giant Superstore Kuantan

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Grocery Department.
• Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and priced according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to maintain product availability.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock rotation practices to minimize wastage and maintain product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards within the department.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with experience managing a Grocery Department and leading a team.
• Experience in a hypermarket or supermarket environment is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of grocery operations, merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be relocated based on business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
