Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
3–5 years HR experience (recruitment focused preferred)
Knowledge of Malaysia HR practices
HRD Corp experience is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, job offers, onboarding
Conduct physical/virtual interviews and ensure positive candidate experience
Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
Develop recruitment strategies and maintain talent pipelines
Manage graduate recruitment and internship programs with institutions/partners
Work with hiring managers on manpower planning and requirements
Conduct HR induction for new employees
Training & Development
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills
Identify training needs with department heads
Support HRD Corp claims and training administration
Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
Support initiatives to improve workplace culture
HR Administration & Strategy Support
Support workforce planning with department heads
Maintain HR records for audit and compliance
Assist in HR process improvement initiatives
