Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Candidates with higher qualifications are encouraged to apply.
1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, administration, or related fields is an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge in project coordination, renovation, or site supervision is an advantage.
Willing to travel, conduct site visits, and work outstation when required.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams and companies within the ECO Group to support smooth daily operations and business objectives.
Assist in coordinating new branch setup activities, including interior works, equipment installation, and IT setup.
Support operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure all operations and projects comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant parties on project progress.
Maintain effective communication and teamwork to support a positive and productive work environment.
