Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital or Growth Marketing.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in tech, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns.

  • Manage campaign timelines and deliverables.

  • Coordinate campaign launches across multiple channels.

  • Work closely with Product team.

  • Track campaign performance and key metrics.

  • Analyse data to improve campaign results.

  • Prepare campaign reports and insights.

  • Test new campaign ideas and growth strategies.

  • Identify market trends and user behaviour.

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

  • Support user acquisition and engagement initiatives.
