Diploma in Interior Design or related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for creating technical drawings and 3D visualizations.

Strong space planning skills to optimize interior layouts for functionality and aesthetics.

Basic project management skills to assist in coordinating design projects from conception to completion.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Ability to create detailed design plans and specifications.

Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and construction methods.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts to clients.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and solutions based on client needs and project requirements.

Create detailed space plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD to accurately represent design intent.

Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp to visualize design concepts and present them to clients.

Prepare detailed furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) specifications and schedules.

Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and color palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of design plans.

Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, take measurements, and monitor construction progress.

Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

Assist in project management tasks, such as tracking budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Stay up-to-date on current design trends, materials, and technologies.
