Diploma in a related field is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.

Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.

Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address any concerns.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account interactions, sales activities, and customer data in the CRM system.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to existing clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's products and services.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position the company's offerings and provide valuable insights to clients.
