Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and marketing.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in digital marketing, social media creatives, and campaign design.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Video editing and motion graphics skills are an added advantage.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.

Lead the design and execution of branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, websites, social media, and and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns together with the Marketing Team.

Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.

Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality artwork for both print and digital platforms.

Create 3D visualisations and mock-ups for retail displays, exhibition booths, product displays, packaging, and event setups.

Ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

Prepare artwork for both print and digital production.

Manage multiple creative projects and coordinate with vendors, printers, and external agencies.

Guide and mentor junior designers while contributing creative direction to the team.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.

Assist in organizing and promoting company events and product launches.
