Job Summary
- We are looking for an organized and motivated HR Assistant to support our daily Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly organized, and eager to build a foundation in recruitment, payroll support, and employee administration.
Key Terms & Contract Details
- Employment Type: 1-Year Contract basis.
- Contract Extension: Subject to performance and management discretion.
- Availability: Immediate starters are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital employee personal files.
- Help prepare official HR letters
- Assist in answering basic staff questions regarding company leaves, medical benefits, and standard operating procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding Assistance:
- Post job vacancies on platforms like Indeed and assist in filtering incoming applications.
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates regarding their required documents.
- Set up workstations for new hires and assist in collecting their onboarding documents (bank details, ID copies, certificates).
Attendance & Claims Processing:
- Track daily employee attendance and compile leaves, medical certificates (MCs), and holiday records.
- Support the verification of monthly claims and overtime records before submitting them for payroll processing.
- Assist in generating and distributing monthly digital payslips.
Office & Team Coordination:
- Help coordinate company activities, training sessions, and employee engagement events.
- Assist in general office administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Executive or Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Maximum Qualification: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any equivalent field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (On-the-job training will be fully provided).
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Attitude: Positive, willing to learn, proactive, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ethics: High level of integrity and capability to handle confidential employee personal data with care.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
