Requirements
Able to speak in Mandarin
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
Accurately input data, organize files, and ensure proper documentation procedures.
Function admin work procedure - orders, invoices, and customer follow up
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and report analytics.
Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks.
Liaise with the Logistics department for the delivery status
Manage phone calls, email, organizing files and administrative tasks
Submit timely reports and prepare report as assigned
Lead the admin department in assisting the team with issuing & collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
