Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide a warm and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors and clients at the front desk, embodying the professional image of KL International Dental Centre.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately using the clinic's scheduling system, ensuring optimal utilization of dentist and staff time.

  • Handle patient registration, verification of details, and collection of necessary information with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary forms, brochures, and informational materials are readily available.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and preparing correspondence.

  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment details, pre-appointment instructions, and general clinic information in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival at the dental center.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary information and materials.

  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and take messages accurately.

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic's management system, ensuring efficient use of dentist and staff time.

  • Handle patient registration, collect and update patient information, and verify insurance details.

  • Provide information about dental services, clinic policies, and procedures to patients.

  • Process payments for services rendered and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.

  • Maintain a high level of patient communication, addressing concerns and providing a positive experience.

  • Liaise with dental surgeons and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
