Responsibilities
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
Proactively follow-up on inbound inquiries (calls/emails) and actively hunt for new business opportunities to expand market penetration.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly managing client requests, resolving issues and ensuring overall account satisfaction.
Execute end-to-end sales processes, including preparing accurate quotations, processing orders and negotiating commercial terms to maximize profitability.
Drive revenue growth by actively participating in and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, product activations and industry trade shows.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume, revenue growth and market penetration targets, with a core focus on our lubricants portfolio.
Act as a technical advisor to clients, confidently responding to technical inquiries and discussing product application issues.
Collaborate internally with technical teams and external representatives to provide tailored product solutions that meet specific customer needs.
Manage credit control by ensuring prompt payment collections from customers in accordance with agreed payment terms.
Maintain accurate records and prepare timely, data-driven reports for management regarding sales pipelines, market trends and target achievements.
